Shipping Details
SHIPPING
We currently use United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our products. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped via email. Our normal shipping days are Monday through Friday.
We appreciate your patience and support for our small, local company!
Pickup for local orders is also available. Please message us to discuss a convenient time for you to pickup your order once ready.
LOST PACKAGE / IN TRANSIT
Please contact USPS and file a claim before contacting us. If you want your package insured, you MUST request to add Route insurance at checkout. The Meticulous Millennial is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages without the insurance. To file a claim with Route insurance, you must do so here.
STOLEN PACKAGES
Please be aware when shipping that you send your packages to a safe address, where the package will not be stolen. The Meticulous Millennial is not responsible for any stolen items or packages once the order gets to your destination. If you want your package insured, you MUST add Route insurance at checkout. To file a claim with Route insurance, you must do so here.
Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately due to the custom nature of my products, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
